Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using N8N Workflows (n8nworkflow.app) you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service Description

N8N Workflows provides a community-driven library of n8n workflow templates, related documentation, browsing and search features, user accounts, likes and downloads, and optional paid features such as credits and subscriptions for premium functionality. Templates are provided by us and by community contributors.

User Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may restrict or reclaim usernames. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable Use

You will not: violate laws; infringe IP or privacy rights; upload malicious code or sensitive data; attempt to access non-public areas; scrape at scale; or misuse rate limits. Uploaded templates must not contain secrets (API keys, passwords, PII). We may remove content violating these rules.

Subscription & Payment

Purchases of credits or subscriptions are processed by Stripe and subject to Stripe's terms. Pricing and features may change. Taxes may apply. Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable. If a payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until resolved.

Intellectual Property

All site content, UI, and branding are owned by us or our licensors. Contributors retain ownership of their uploaded workflow content but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to host, display, modify for formatting, and distribute their content via the service. You must ensure you have the rights to upload content and that it complies with third‑party terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risks to the service. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion. Certain provisions survive termination (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitations, governing law).

Disclaimers

The service and templates are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee templates are error‑free, secure, or suitable for any particular purpose. Use at your own risk and test workflows in your environment.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or business. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service shall not exceed the greater of USD $100 or the amount you paid in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to liability.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction unless superseded by mandatory consumer protections. Venue for disputes will be the courts competent in our principal place of business, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post updates on this page and revise the effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
