We collect: (1) Account information (name, email, avatar, auth provider identifiers) when you sign in; (2) Content information when you upload workflows (titles, descriptions, tags, JSON files, and related metadata); (3) Usage information (pages viewed, searches, likes, downloads, device/browser data, IP address, timestamps, referrers); (4) Transaction information for credits/subscriptions processed by Stripe (we receive payment status and identifiers but do not store full card details); (5) Support communications and your contact details when you reach out to us.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate and improve the service; provide account and authentication; process uploads, downloads, likes and metrics; personalize listings and search; communicate about updates and support; protect against fraud, abuse, and security incidents; comply with legal obligations; and analyze aggregated usage to improve product quality and performance.

We share information with service providers that help us run the platform (hosting/infrastructure, authentication, payments, storage, analytics); with payment processors (e.g., Stripe) to complete transactions; with authentication providers when you choose to sign in via OAuth; to comply with legal requests; to protect rights, safety and security; and in connection with a merger, acquisition or asset transfer.

Data Retention

We retain account and workflow content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and content, subject to legal/operational needs (e.g., fraud prevention, audit, backups). Transaction records are retained as required by law. Backup copies may persist for a limited period.

Security

We implement industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege practices. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please keep your account credentials safe and notify us of any suspected compromise.
